How to Layer Lasagna

I keep forgetting how I like my lasagna layered best. So here’s my personal preference, written down as a reminder to myself and for your enjoyment:

  1. Thin(-ish) layer of meat sauce
  2. Lasagna sheets
  3. Meat sauce
  4. Béchamel sauce
  5. Lasagna sheets
  6. Meat sauce
  7. Béchamel sauce
  8. Lasagna sheets
  9. Meat sauce
  10. Béchamel sauce
  11. Lasagna sheets
  12. Béchamel sauce
  13. Mozzarella (grated, torn, or sliced)
