So... I created a course.
One I’ve been wanting to create for years. And if you’ve been following me for a while or know me personally — you’ve probably heard me talk about this intention.
But before I get into what the course is about, let me share a quick backstory. It’ll all make sense, I promise.
A few years ago, I was sitting at a restaurant in Bali with my dear friend, Lisa. I told her I saw myself creating courses someday. She believed me instantly. She even pulled out her phone, turned on the camera, and told me to share my vision right then and there.
And in my head I thought...of course she’d say that. She’s my friend. What else would she say?
Years went by. I’d revisit the idea, start outlining it, then quietly set it down again. Life would happen. Client work would pick up. And the whole project just felt so big.
And if I’m being honest — this tendency didn’t just show up around creating the course. It showed up everywhere. The conversations I kept almost having. The boundaries I kept almost setting. The version of my life I kept almost stepping into. Raising my prices. Saying yes to things that scared me. Saying no to things that were draining me.
I kept circling.
And to make matters worse, it made me feel bad that I couldn’t trust my own follow-through. As if there was something broken in me.
So at some point I got curious. Why is it that I could have a real, genuine dream or desire — and somehow just...sit on it? I started deconstructing that specific feeling. That moment right before the step I wanted to take, where I’d run away or freeze every single time. The sudden urge to tidy up my desk. Or go to my fridge for a snack ten times in one hour. Do anything except the thing.
I looked at it through what I know about the nervous system, and I got curious about whether I could work with it instead of against it. Whether I could make that step feel less like a threat and more like something my system could actually get behind.
And that’s where UNSTUCK was born.
The irony isn’t lost on me that this course is the exact thing that finally got me out of the analysis paralysis I’d been cycling through about creating a course. It’s the same process I used to transform my own life and those of my clients.
So how can UNSTUCK actually help you in a way you haven’t learned before?
Most approaches to getting unstuck teach you to override your nervous system through willpower and motivation. And that can work — but what you’ve actually done is taught your system that the only way through change is to brute force it. So it registers change as a threat. Tosses you into overwhelm. Gets you stuck inside survival. And any time you try to create change after that, your system uses that as a reference point and resists — no matter how much you want it.
That’s the cycle. And that’s exactly what UNSTUCK is designed to break.
It’s a micro-course — short, intentional, no fluff. But the material is foundational in the truest sense. It’s not just about this one step. It shifts how you understand yourself every single time you feel stuck, in anything. Whether that’s raising your prices, leaving a relationship that isn’t working, finally having that honest conversation, starting to exercise, getting visible — it can be anything.
I created this from a place of wishing I’d had something like it when I was transforming my life. I priced it intentionally — I wanted it accessible to anyone, because I genuinely believe these are the lessons that have to come first before anything else can open up.
And here’s what I know now, having finally completed this course — having actually done the thing I talked about for years: there’s nothing I can’t do. And I can move faster. No more sitting on my dreams…for years. I can act now without overthinking it, without over-preparing, without procrastinating myself into another year of almost.
I want that for you too, my friend.
That’s exactly why UNSTUCK exists.
