Few things are better than a really considered gift, the kind that shows real thought and a bit of forward planning. I love finding them, and I love giving them even more.
It’s funny how we talk about gifts endlessly at Christmas and then not at all for the rest of the year, when really there are so many more moments to celebrate the people we love.
Most of these are tried and tested by me, a sentimentalist - you’ll see from the embarrassing number of things I have adorned with my son Cosmo’s name (clearly I am not over the novelty of being able to name a whole human). Lots of these are great for new babies, which I’m often asked about, although certainly not limited to that (there are knives on the list, for example!).
Commissioning plates is one of my favourites, they can be used as, well, plates, but more so to hang on walls. I always think it's nice to gift the plates with the stickers or holders to hang them - just make sure you get the right size.
