How do you make AI a real participant in your next workshop?

We mean co-creating in the moment, with a group of people at an event, a workshop, or a regular team meeting where not everyone is remote and half the room is on their phone.

It sounds like too much of an ask.

When you’re facilitating a workshop, you need ideas from everyone collected fast, organized immediately, and ready to feed into AI analysis without someone spending an hour copying and pasting into a doc afterward. The friction of sign-up, the chaos of separate tools, and the gap between what people said and what the AI actually gets to see: that’s where the collaboration breaks.

This update is our first attempt to answer that.

Most workshops end the moment the meeting does. The sticky notes get photographed, the whiteboard gets erased, and half the thinking disappears.

Now with illumi, open the New Share Panel, go to Collect Notes, and generate an intake link. Share it via QR code on a slide, a Slack message, or a WhatsApp group. Anyone with the link opens a simple form, types their idea, and submits. No app install, no registration needed.

Each response lands as a Note inside the Section you’ve named, exactly where it belongs. The board fills itself from the room, and the AI gets the whole picture.
