To call attention to Islamic antizionism and antisemitism, as well as to the “hundred-year war” none of us even knew was happening (and which we are losing badly), there is a new movement afoot to designate the period between Sept 11 and Oct 7 every year as “Infidel Awareness Month,” with events scheduled for every day of the interval.

TRAINING
The Jewish Faculty Resilience Group (JFRG), which began at UCLA and has recently expanded nationally, is doing important work to train and unite Jewish and Zionist faculty and staff across campuses. They offer a free Masterclass for Jewish and Zionist faculty and staff focused on strategic communication, boundary-setting, documentation, and responding to antizionism in higher education. The program has already reached more than 200 faculty and staff participants from over 60 universities across North America and Israel, who have given overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Our friends at the Center for Jewish Legal Studies have submitted an AMICUS CURIAE brief to the Supreme Court in support of the StandWithUs case against MIT. I’m no legal expert but it appears they are presenting a novel approach to campus antizionism and antisemitism that bears close study.
