JESUS IS ALL WE WILL EVER NEED
I have a Gift I want to share with you. It’s the very best Gift you will ever receive. Let me explain…
1. God LOVES you. (John 3:16)
2. We are all sinners. Our sin separates us from God, but God had mercy on us. He didn’t want us to suffer the punishment we deserve, so He sent His Son to die on the cross and take our place. Jesus’ unfathomable sacrifice was made for the entire world, because of God’s indescribable love. It isn’t about how good we can be before we die, hoping that God will take that into account. It’s what Christ has already done for us on the cross. (Titus 3:5)
3. God’s grace, His undeserved favor, is freely given to those who believe. There’s nothing we can do to earn His love because it’s always been there and always will be there, regardless of our performance. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
4. If we truly believe and have faith that Jesus died for us and repent of our sins, God forgives us, (1 John 1:9) but the beautiful, good news doesn’t end there. Not only does God forgive us, He sees us just as if we’ve never sinned.
5. Praise God, Christ’s shed blood justifies us!! (Romans 5:8-9)
And it doesn’t stop there. His mercy is new every morning. His grace is sufficient to meet every need. His forgiveness is as far as the east is from the west and His love is an everlasting love. Because you are God’s child.
The Gift is Jesus. He is ALL that we will ever need. If you can’t ever remember praying and asking God to save you, take a moment today and ask Jesus to be your Savior. You will never know a love like the love God has for you. Nothing can separate you from His love. It’s a gift that will change you forever. When we have Jesus, we have everything we need.
