Hello everyone,

Last night I hosted a live stream with Adrian Bono and Ian Mount from The Bubble publication on Substack (which I recommend checking out if you haven’t, they write about Spanish news in English in an engaging way).

This live was about Spanish foods that you can try when you visit Spain. I know it’s a bit off topic from History of Spain, but I thought most of you would enjoy it as I know many of History of Spain’s subscribers either live in Spain, travel to Spain or just have an interest in Spanish culture.

So here you have the recording. Thank you to everyone who joined us live yesterday, I think I messed up the scheduling and some of you couldn’t join from the original link. Next time I promise it will be functioning! See you soon!

Have you already checked out the 27-Recipe Trip around Spain I’m writing on Flavours of Spain?

I’m cooking Spanish regional recipes every week with ingredients that you can actually find abroad!
