We’d kept the session ridiculously simple.
A leader answered a question.
Everyone wrote their own answer.
Repeat 4 times. 4 Leaders. 4 Questions.
Then they talked at their tables.
That was it.
I’ll be honest…
I thought,“This is going to feel like a grind.”
Instead, the room came alive.
People don’t need a new framework every two weeks.
They need a good question.
A moment to think.
And permission to have a real conversation.
It reminded us to start removing things from our workshop designs instead of adding to them.
Less content.
More thinking.
More talking.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing designers and facilitators can create…
…is space.
