BREATHE & CONGRATULATE YOURSELF
I’ve been doing Pilates for 15 years and this is always the sequence I consistently come back to because it makes me feel strong and gives me a super satisfying burn.
A lot of people write me and ask how my butt is so lifted (thank you for that) and the answer is: lifting heavy and doing leg days once a week. So while this sequence is great for long ballet-like legs, you do need to be lifting at least once a week if building glutes is your goal.
And one final thing: I take Gramms after every workout and still eat a lot of protein. I take creatine every day, which is great for muscle recovery, and I also microdose testosterone for energy reasons after blood testing showed my levels were extremely low. I say this because I want everyone to understand the full picture and not think this one sequence is solely responsible for results!
