[Workshops] Summer is definitely here, and I can see it in the art you’ve been making. Check out some of the snack plates & espresso cups from recent workshops!
Lately, there have been so many beautiful resin trays coming through our workshops — full of soft florals, coastal colors, bright palettes, and personal little details. I love that no two ever look the same. Everyone brings their own mood and story to the piece, which is what makes them so special.
July will be a little lighter on events. Between the 4th of July, World Cup plans, summer travel — mine and yours — it feels like a good month to slow down a bit and make room for everything summer brings.
We will have all of core classes: 🌸 floral resin trays, ☕️ clay espresso cups & 🫒 snack plates! Most of the August schedule is up as well. Soft launching a Memories Preserved Tray workshop, which is perfect for preserving summer travels (start collecting things on your travels!) and other special memories.
Many of you have been asking about take-home kits—for birthdays, girls’ nights, gifts, or simply creating at your own pace. While we offer private workshops for groups of 10+, at-home kits are a great option for smaller gatherings, creative evenings at home, or thoughtful gifts. I’m currently working on a curated collection of resin tray kits that I hope to officially launch this fall. In the meantime, if you’re interested in purchasing one, feel free to reach out via email or the contact form on our website.
For now, each kit is assembled by hand. You’ll be able to choose your preferred floral palette and resin accent colors (including glitter and handle options), and I’ll curate everything into a one-of-a-kind kit just for you 🤍

[HMVB Art] The World Cup has definitely taken over my creative brain this month ⚽️
I’ve been having so much fun designing a collection of country flag resin trays. Every flag presents a different creative challenge—some details are 3D printed, others are printed on vinyl, and some, like the U.S. flag, become true mixed-media pieces with layers of resin, fabric, paint, and texture. I love figuring out how to translate each country’s identity into something handmade. If you want to order one of the designs I have made already or have me design a new one for you, please reach out! These are such fun piece to make & use.
I’m also finished up a fresh restock of the core ceramics collection as well as summer fruit minis, which are available online and back on the shelves at Boulevard Coffee and Alana’s 🤍

Wow, what a summer it has been already.
Between the beautiful weather and the U.S. being one of the World Cup host countries, it has been such a fun season to be in LA. I’ve been spending a lot of time out watching games, meeting people, and finding inspiration in all of the energy around the city.
My favorite part of the World Cup has been seeing people come together and share their cultures. The spirit of it has felt so communal and full of life.
While life has felt busy, July has been a little lighter on the workshop side. That extra breathing room has given me time to experiment, sketch new ideas, and think through future workshops, products, and experiences. It’s been a good reminder that creativity needs space—and that slowing down every now and then is often what allows us to keep building something meaningful.
I’m heading to Europe for the second half of July (after the World Cup finals ofc) to spend time with my family and celebrate a friend’s wedding. Looking forward to a little reset, lots of inspiration, and returning with fresh ideas for what’s next at Handmade in Venice.
