Not much has changed this week as the very hot weather is putting a damper on mountain water fishing, though early morning and evening fishing is still good. Best fishing is going to be tailwaters such as the Little Truckee or others flowing from impounded water. August is a good time of the year to begin fishing terresterials such as hoppers and ants, and also crawdads. Check out the complete report below.
