According to him, the characteristics and names of these drone(s) have not yet been established.

In 2022–2026, the Air Force aviation performed 38,367 flight missions, including:

During the years of full-scale war, the aviation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed more than 12,000 air targets and hit command posts, logistical facilities, and concentrations of enemy equipment.
12:49 PM: On the night of August 2, Russian drones again hit the largest ROZETKA warehouse — the facility was attacked by two more “shaheeds.”
The company said it was the second attack in 24 hours that appeared to be targeted. Fortunately, no employees were injured.

10:09 AM: Former State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Oleksandr Bankov was taken into custody for 60 days.
The Supreme Court of Ukraine has chosen a preventive measure for him with the possibility of posting bail of UAH 10 million.

11:22 AM: Wildberries refused to guarantee compensation to sellers for lost goods after the attacks.
The founder of the Russian marketplace, Tatyana Kim, stated that the drone(s) strikes allegedly constitute “force majeure circumstances,” so the company is not obligated to compensate for damages.
At the same time, she noted that payments to sellers are made only as a “gesture of goodwill,” not as an obligation of the company.
12:48 PM: The GUR hit high-value targets of the occupiers in southern Ukraine.
On the night of July 29-30, operators of the Department of Unmanned Systems of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine were amazed:
▪️ the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun complex in the temporarily occupied Kherson region;
▪️ high-speed patrol boat “Sargan” in Kerch;

The estimated value of the destroyed targets is over $20 million.
1:47 PM: The container ship “Ianina”, owned by the Russian company FESCO, sank in the Black Sea after an attack by naval drones, said the head of Rosatom, Likhachev.
The ship was damaged near Novorossiysk. The crew was rescued, there were no injuries.
It should be noted that FESCO is under sanctions by Ukraine, the UK, and the EU as a Russian transport and logistics company.
2:03 PM: Zelenskyy confirmed new strikes on Russian military and industrial facilities.
▪️A number of targets were hit in the Black and Azov Seas, including the sanctioned container ship Yanina with a capacity of over 100 thousand tons, which, according to the president, sank.
▪️SBU units also attacked the infrastructure of three Russian refineries in Bashkortostan. The distance to the targets was almost 1,600 km.
2:20 PM: The SBU carried out one of the deepest attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation, hitting an oil refining cluster in Ufa, 1,600 km from the Ukrainian border.
Three refineries, which are part of Bashneft and process over 23 million tons of oil per year, were hit at once.
Ukrainian drones also attacked military facilities in the Krasnodar Territory, where three Podliet-K1 radar stations and one Kasta-2E2 station used for airspace control were hit.
6:43 PM: Wildberries warehouse damaged in Volgograd after Ukrainian drone attack, media reports.
The city also reintroduced restrictions on fuel sales.
7:52 PM: July became a record month for Russian army losses since the beginning of 2026, — General Staff.
In one month, the Russian Federation lost 42,860 soldiers killed and wounded. The previous maximum was in June — 39,290 people.
In general, since the beginning of the year, monthly losses of the Russian army have increased from 31.7 thousand to almost 43 thousand soldiers.

According to an eyewitness, gas equipment exploded in the restaurant’s kitchen.
Due to the explosion in the center of Moscow, some streets were also blocked.

This is one of the most expensive restaurants in Moscow. It is currently unknown whose private celebration was held at the establishment.
9:03 PM: The general’s birthday may have been celebrated at the Balzi Rossi restaurant in Moscow, where the explosion occurred, media reports citing an eyewitness.
According to him, many cars with black license plates, which are usually used by the Russian Armed Forces and some other law enforcement agencies, were parked near the facility. A Russian Guard bus was also allegedly nearby.

9:30 PM: Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Aerospace Forces Alexander Chaiko could have been celebrating his birthday at the elite restaurant where the explosion occurred, Russian journalists report.
At this time, this information has not been officially confirmed and is based only on their assumptions.
9:13 PM: In July, Russia occupied more territory than the Ukrainian Defense Forces liberated — the difference was 36 km², DeepState reports.
Analysts note that the statistics were adjusted to take into account the successes of the Ukrainian military, which are reported with a delay due to operational security requirements, and the actual advance of Russian troops in July could have reached about 88 km².
9:36 PM: Rallies against Fedorov’s release continue for the 18th day in a row in various cities of Ukraine.
9:41 PM: 17 people injured in the restaurant explosion are in serious condition in Moscow hospitals, Russian media reports.

On the night of August 2, the Saratov oil refinery, the Engels airfield in the Saratov region, and the Lyudinovsk oil depot in the Kaluga region of the Russian Federation were hit.
Hits and subsequent fires were recorded at the Saratov refinery and airfield. Engels airfield is a base of the Russian strategic aviation, where Tu-95MS and Tu-160 bombers are located.
The storage and launch site of attack drones in the Bryansk region and enemy drone control points were also hit.
1:10 PM: “The Hungarian is handsome, the Ukrainians are good guys,” — a Russian delighted by the burning Saratov refinery after a drone attack
1:31 PM: Zelenskyy confirmed the destruction of strategic Russian facilities at a distance of more than 600 km from the front line.
In Saratov, the refinery and the Engels military airfield were hit. An oil depot in the Kaluga region and a facility for storing and launching strike drones in the Bryansk region were also hit.
2:15 PM: Five people killed in explosion at Moscow restaurant, media reports.
Two victims died in hospital, and more than six people remain in serious condition.
