Today we’re launching RTP Careers, a single place to find open roles across companies backed through RTP, Interlock Capital, and my personal angel investments.
Right now, the page includes 92 open roles across 12 companies, spanning hardtech, autonomy, defense, AI infrastructure, maritime technology, consumer products, and more.
You can search by company or role and filter positions by function, location, and experience level. The listings are refreshed weekly, and every application goes directly to the company that is hiring.
A venture network should do more than connect companies to capital.
As the companies we support grow, many of their hardest problems become talent problems: finding the engineers, operators, technicians, executives, and commercial leaders who can help move a company from an idea to a product—and from a product to production.
At the same time, remarkable people in our network are often looking for their next opportunity without knowing which companies are hiring or where their experience might be most valuable.
RTP Careers is intended to make those connections easier.
If you’re interested in joining an early-stage company building something difficult, take a look at the open roles:
And if someone in your network should see one of these opportunities, please send the page their way.
Building the page also gave us an unexpected dataset.
Job postings are one of the least filtered signals a company produces. Companies can manage what they announce publicly, but they generally don’t budget for roles they have no intention of filling.
Looking across these 92 positions, several patterns emerged about where hardtech companies are today: the transition from prototypes to production, the professionalization of defense technology companies, and the physical infrastructure behind the AI buildout.
I’ll share what we found later this week.
For now: the fleet is hiring.
