Is it genealogy... or is it history?

I use genealogy resources ALL THE TIME to do research on Frenchtown. It casts a different light on the records than if I was making a family tree, and can net some interesting fish. So this is your reminder that this Thursday, that’s in two days if you read this promptly, we’ll be having a zoom-down genealogy session for people working on things Frenchtown. You know that thing where you go to fix something and you have to make 3 separate trips to the shed/the store/the basement just get the right tools? It’s worse when the 3 trips are back to your house from Frenchtown. We have rakes and shovels and so forth, but Frenchtown really needs a toolkit, wrenches and sockets and pliers and hammers and such. It might not look like a very mechanical site, but we have bolts to tighten and irrigation valves to repair. Do you have extra tools? We’re looking for actual tools or the money to buy them.
