are reposting and resending their public letter to Health Canada officials.

When asked to approach Health Canada’s supportive stance on COVID-19 vaccine promotion FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF A FORENSIC ACCOUNTANT (i.e. to “follow the money”) GROK-4 come up with this “REASSESMENT”

• significant corporate, philanthrocapitalist, and non-state influences, heavy reliance on voluntary contributions at the World Health Organization (WHO) (80-88% of budget), partnerships like the WHO-WEF agreement, and direct ties between funders like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) and mRNA vaccine developers.

• raise concerns about independence, potential conflicts of interest, and undue influence on policy recommendations

• internal conflicts, as evidenced by NCI testimonies on altered authorization processes and unaddressed NACI conflicts.

• Fact-checking entities (e.g., FactCheck.org) and media (e.g., Reuters) have ties to foundations and corporate partnerships that may skew narratives toward pro-vaccine stances.

This query once again demonstrates another astounding reversal, one that cannot be disregarded and that MUST be put in front of every Canadian government official, medical professional, media outlet, etc. etc. It has to do with “following the money”, looking at funding connections that lead to a decidedly PRO-VAX outlook despite the myriad harms the product has been causing.

Given that the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (and others) declared mRNA injections to be bioweapons of mass destruction and that Canada has signed the Bioweapons Convention (BWC), and given all the information that has been emerging since the vaccines were endorsed by Health Canada, how does Health Canada STILL continue to claim safety and efficiacy?

There are two parts to the BWC. I asked one question for each part.

a) a substance is not a bioweapon if it is used for prophylactic purposes

b) a substance is not a bioweapon if it is NOT being used for hostile purposes

Then I pushed back at claims provided in GROK’s resposes asking GROK-4 to:

c) rexamine the original responses in light of the clear financial conflicts of interests in the sources cited

d) look more closely at the critics mentioned, and note Dr. David Speicher’s rebuttal to one of the criticisms cited

I also asked if instead of trying to PROVE that mRNA products are Bioweapons, how one could demand that Health Canada PROVE THAT THEY ARE NOT BIOWEAPONS instead!

RESULTS:

Once the conflicts of interest were introduced AND the request was added to find ways to force Health Canada to PROVE the mRNA injections ARE NOT BIOWEAPONS, GROK-4 drafted the text of an URGENT PETITION CALLING FOR IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL of the products. (This INSTEAD OF doing as directed and finding a way to PROVE that the products are NOT BIOWEAPONS!)

Once Dr. Speicher’s rebuttal was introduced, GROK-4 “changed its tune” on one of the major critiques it had made. I assume the same thing would happen if I were to find rebuttals for critques made against the other names I had given GROK-4 to consider.

All this to say: STOP INFORMATION OMISSION!! Be sure that every decision maker is presented with clear, unbiased, uncompromised information OR the skills to identify the bias and propaganda and come to balanced conclusions themselves.

We know that any surveillance mechanisms like Health Canada’s info base cannot be INDEPENDENT in that they are being run by the same government department that a) changed authorization for the approval of COVID related products as per the testimony at the National Citizens Inquiry by regulatory lawyer Shawn Buckley,

What guarantees would a forensic accountant insist on to ensure validity of sources before using them as go-to resources to answer the first query?

Given that a house divided cannot stand, how justified are we in relying on Health Canada publications to criticially review information that counters Health Canada’s own justifications for continuing with its claims that there are prophylactic benefits for the use of these products?

Likewise, how can one put any credence into WHO guidelines when already in 2017 then Director General of the WHO Dr. Margaret Chan was publicly experssing concerns about the degree to which “voluntary contributions” (i.e. corporate backed donors) were making up the bulk of WHO funding. By 1990, voluntary contributions had increased to 54% of total funds and 16 years later made up almost 80% of WHO’s total income (US$ 4.4 billion for 2016-2017).

She somehow agreed with those who believe that WHO actions and priorities are
no longer the result of the consensus of the world’s people but top down decision making from wealthy philanthropists. What percentage of the WHO’s total income more recently comes from voluntary, non state contributions, especially since the WEF and the UN entered into their official partnership which was hardly referenced in Canadian media reports. But which was noted by Harris Gleckman is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Governance and Sustainability, at the University of Massachusetts in Boston. He pointed out that: firstly, the agreement circumvents the intergovernmental review process; secondly, the agreement elevates multistakeholderism as the solution to the problems with the current multilateral system; and thirdly the proposed multistakeholder partnerships are not governed by any formal democratic system.
