Corvallis Knights vs Ridgefield Raptors, 6:35 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Goss Stadium, located off of Washington Way near the center of the OSU campus. Tuesday is “$20 Twosday” for teachers and school employees. Wednesday’s game features “Salute to Service” and all active military, Guard, Reserve and Veterans will be admitted free (pick up the complimentary GA ticket at the Goss Stadium box office). Corvallis Wednesday Farmers’ Market, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., 1st and Jackson, downtown. It’s Kids Day! Sunrisers Kiwanis Club of Corvallis will be handing out free books to kids. Coyle Outside Foundation will bring some hands-on wilderness skill activities. Bumper Crop Betty will be at the market from 9 – 11 a.m. representing the Oregon Raspberry & Blackberry Commission. County BAT (Benton Area Transit) Plan Update – First Client Advocacy Committee Meeting, 10 a.m., online and in-person, large conference room, Sunset Building, 4077 SW Research Way. Turtles and Restoration Tour at Harkens Lake, 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Join Greenbelt Land Trust for a tour and turtles at Harkens Lake, a 404-acre conservation easement property along the Willamette River located north of the town of Monroe. Learn about the restoration work that has taken place at this property over the years. See here to register.

Benton County Fair & Rodeo, 11 a.m. – 12 a.m. Wednesday through Saturday, Benton County Fairgrounds, 110 SW 53rd St. The Benton County Fair brings four days and nights of entertainment, including rodeos, carnival rides, 4-H exhibits, contests and youth livestock auctions. Wednesday is Family Fun Day and gate admission is free to kids 16 and under all day. The Larry Bell Memorial All Girls Rodeo takes place on Wednesday with the main event at 7 p.m. Daily gate admission is $10 adults; $8 seniors (60+) and youth (7 – 16 years); free for ages 6 and under. Caregiver Advocacy: “How Ombudsmen Help Families Navigate Care,” 12 – 1:30 p.m., Chandler Ballroom, Corvallis Community Center, 2601 NW Tyler Ave. Debbie Boures, Ombudsman, will talk at this Caregiver Luncheon. The Long-Term Care Ombudsman program is an independent state agency that serves long-term care facility residents through complaint investigation, resolution and advocacy for improvement in resident care. Larry Bell Memorial All Girls Rodeo, Benton County Fair, Benton County Fairgrounds, 110 SW 53rd St. This unique rodeo allows girls and women of all ages to compete for a chance on the national stage at the Premier Women’s Rodeo Championship in Fort Worth, Texas. Events include Slack Performance, 12 – 4 p.m.; Pre-Rodeo Show, 6:45 p.m.; and Rodeo, 7 – 10 p.m. Admission to the rodeo is included with fair admission. See here.

Corvallis Police vs Fire Charity Softball Game, 5 p.m. (gates open at 4:45 p.m.), Goss Stadium. Corvallis Knights is sponsoring this game in support of Special Olympics Oregon. Free. See here.

Paradise of Samoa Dancers, 6 – 7 p.m., Starker Arts Park, 4485 SW Country Club Dr. A narrated tour of the Pacific Islands with dances, music, and drumming from Hawaii, Samoa, Tahiti, Tonga, Fiji, and New Zealand. Corvallis Sustainability Coalition Quarterly Gathering, 12:30 – 2 p.m., Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, 645 NW Monroe Ave. A diverse mix of local sustainability efforts will be highlighted with presentations by Brett Walter of Climate Action Now, Brittney Bryant of Treefort Children’s Boutique, Sharon Thornberry of Philomath Community Services, and Dave Eckert of the Coalition’s Water Action Team.
