Benton County 4-H Horse Fair, Thursday through Sunday, Benton County Fairgrounds, 110 SW 53rd St. 4-H youth members show off their riding skills, hard work, and horsemanship. Competitions start at 9 a.m. each day. See here for more information about Benton County 4-H.

Corvallis Corkscrew 2026, Friday and Saturday, Corvallis Municipal Airport, located approximately 5 miles south of downtown on Airport Avenue, off Hwy 99. “If you enjoy aviation, come down to watch a local aerobatics competition. It’s not an air show, so the action happens farther away, but the planes park right next to the field where spectators can watch. Flying times are weather-dependent but should start around 9 a.m. and finish around 2 – 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday.” Free to watch. See here.

Linn County Fair, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., Thursday through Saturday, 3700 Knox Butte Rd., Albany. Montgomery Gentry featuring Eddie Montgomery performs on Friday and The Band Perry performs on Saturday. See here.

Corvallis Chronicles Walking Tour, 12:30 p.m. This captivating walking adventure covers an hour of pivotal events that left their mark on the literal shape of Corvallis. Long time locals are often surprised how much they didn’t know, and valley visitors tend to leave with well-informed smiles on their faces. See Engage Corvallis here to purchase tickets.

Corvallis Celtic Festival, Thursday through Sunday. Immerse yourself in Celtic culture through lively music performances, participatory sessions, spirited dancing, and engaging workshops that showcase Celtic traditions. The festival hosts over a dozen local and regional bands across several venues over the festival weekend, including at the Corvallis Public Library. All events are free. There will be several workshops and sessions for all skill levels throughout the weekend. Visit the Main Stage on SW 2nd between Madison and Jefferson. Craft vendors will be in downtown Corvallis on Friday and Saturday of the festival. The Corvallis Celtic Festival is made possible by the Corvallis Folklore Society. Da Vinci Days Presents: The 33rd Annual Graand Kinetic Challenge, starting at 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday in Corvallis. A celebration of educational, artistic, scientific, and technological triumphs. The two-day spectacle showcases the sport of kinetic sculpture racing and sees teams take over 16 miles of Corvallis streets, bike paths, parks, and waterways, inviting spectators of all ages to cheer them on along the racecourse. Loud, Louder, Loudest – enTaiko Youth Drummers, 10:30 – 11:15 a.m., Main Meeting Room, Corvallis Public Library, 645 NW Monroe Ave. The program introduces audiences to Japanese taiko through powerful rhythms, movement, and cultural storytelling, with brief explanations and audience engagement designed for all ages. Audience members with sensitive hearing are encouraged to bring ear protection or noise-reducing headsets. A limited amount of hearing protection will also be available for loan upon request. Corvallis Kaleidoscope, 12 – 6 p.m., PRAx, 470 SW 15th St. A dynamic festival showcasing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematical STEAM research, innovation, and creative endeavors from Oregon State and other local organizations around Corvallis. Attendees will enjoy hands-on activities, cultural experiences and direct engagement with researchers, creators and educators. Del Caribe a Corvallis: Bachata Roots & Rhythm Workshop & Social Dance, 3 – 5 p.m. workshop at Corvallis Community Center and 6 – 10 p.m. social at Bodhi Bistro. Bachata is a social dance! Forget the fancy turns and footwork for an afternoon and learn to enjoy the Dominican roots of bachata through social and musical connection. This workshop will focus on grooving with your partner; the three rhythms of bachata music; and using those rhythms to enhance your dance.
