Feed your Mind · Feed Your Mind - Your Brain on Nutrients

Dear members of Feed Your Mind,

Dear subscribers,

Readers,

Today is a very special day. It marks the first anniversary of this page. Indeed, I created it exactly one year ago, on July 29st of 2025. I wanted to take a little moment to thank you.

One year ago, I launched Feed Your Mind without really knowing what to expect.

There was no clear plan, no guarantee that anyone would read, no certainty that this would become anything meaningful. It was simply an idea that had been growing for a long time, a quiet conviction that something was missing in the way we approach mental health, nutrition, and the brain. I felt that there was a gap between what people experience and what they are told, and that this gap deserved to be explored more honestly, more deeply. I feel my work has filled a void on this platform and I’m really happy about it.

So I decided to begin, without overthinking it, without waiting for the perfect moment.

A year later, this project has taken a place in my life that I could not have anticipated at the time. What started as an experiment has become something real, something that structures my days and gives direction to my work. Today, I live from this activity, and more importantly, I am fully invested in it, both intellectually and personally. Feed Your Mind is no longer just an idea I share occasionally; it has become a central part of my life, something I build every day with intention.

This evolution would not have been possible without you. Behind every email, every message, every piece of content, there is someone who chose to pay attention, to reflect, to stay. This presence, even if silent, is what gives meaning to everything that is being built here. It transforms what could have remained a personal project into something shared, something alive.

Over the past year, the project has grown in ways that go beyond numbers. Of course, there has been growth in audience, in reach, in visibility, but what matters more is the direction that has emerged. A certain way of thinking about the brain, about mental health, about the role of nutrition and biology, has started to take shape. Not as a fixed system, but as an open exploration, guided by curiosity and the desire to understand more precisely what is often simplified. I hope you like what I publish. Many more things are coming for you.

What is becoming clear is that we are only at the beginning. The more I learn, the more I realize how much remains to be explored, and how necessary it is to continue pushing further, with rigor but also with openness. Feed Your Mind is not a finished project; it is something that evolves, that deepens, and that will continue to grow over time.

In this context, gratitude is not just a formality. It is something very concrete. Because choosing to read, to follow, to engage with these ideas is not insignificant. It means that something resonates, that there is a shared intuition that there is more to understand, and that this understanding is worth pursuing.

The treasure is right here. You just have to open your eyes. And if you ever feel ready to explore it more deeply, you will find it inside the Feed Your Mind Premium Formula. I genuinely think you will not regret it.

One year ago, this did not exist. Today, it does, and what comes next is still unfolding.

With my warmest regards

— Feed Your Mind
