That thing I’ve been building, and mentioned a while back, has launched!
Some of you know the problem firsthand: keeping track of a growing repertoire without it turning into a pile of notebooks, spreadsheets, and “where did I put that gimmick” moments. (Maybe that was just a “me” problem...)
It’s called Headliner, a web app (works with desktop and mobile; add something on desktop, shows up on your phone) for organizing the backstage side of a mystery performer’s life. The main features include:

One-click packing lists / show sheets as PDF -- generate a prop checklist or set sheet before any show. Print it, share it, or pull it up on your phone backstage -- no more mental inventory checks.

Built it because I needed it for my own act; happy to hear what the community thinks, good or bad. (I’ve been a programmer for 35+ years so I know there’s almost always something else to tweak!)
If you’ve done more than a handful of shows you have most assuredly come across the surprise that nobody likes — the prop you need right now is not where you think it should be.
You grab for a Sharpie, it’s not there. Check the other pocket. Check all the pockets. Is it on the table? Well, there has to be one in the case…
