Euroworld Newsletter #5

As seen above we’ve received our Gault&Milau rewards. We’ve been away for a little but now we’re back and Newsletter #5 is here — and so is the sun.

After a few grey weeks, summer finally seems to mean it this time. Terrace season is officially open, Stripfest is just around the corner, and the coming days are packed with good things.

The sun is here and set to stay for the coming weeks.

As you know, we have plenty of outdoor space, and when the weather allows, everyone is seated outside at Euro Pizza. Eurosoft gets sun from early in the morning, but if you prefer some shade, we have lots of space inside where it stays pleasantly cool thanks to our sliding doors. Benelux Bar takes over the Eurosoft terrace from 17:00 on Fridays and Saturdays — the perfect spot for a beer or cocktail to kick off or wind down your evening.

Next Saturday, the 30th of May, it’s time for the second edition of Stripfest.

Stripfest is a cultural community festival taking place along Gedempt Hamerkanaal, Schaafstraat and Aambeeldstraat — “The Strip” — across more than 20 locations.

The Strip is a unique part of Amsterdam, home to a wide variety of venues and businesses. What brings us all together is a shared commitment to the quality and substance of what we do. Stripfest was created to unite us and shine a spotlight on this wonderful part of Amsterdam Noord.

Thijs Boontjes is bringing his Drive-In Show to Benelux Bar. We’ve been fans since Alleen naar de Kermis, and these days we play Campari Soda on heavy rotation — especially in this weather. Our friend of the show, Cristel Ball, opens for Thijs and takes the stage at 21:00. After Thijs Boontjes, the night continues with Adriana Lucid, Margie, and Lola Edo b2b Amandla.

Following last year’s success, we’re bringing back the Pizza Academy — this time hosted in Eurosoft / Benelux Bar.

From 10:00 onwards, we’re running the Euro Pizza Academy for kids aged 3 and up. Sessions take place in small groups every hour, led by Teun Schmeddes and Luc. From stretching the dough to adding toppings and baking — the whole process is covered. Book your spot here, as places are limited, so don’t wait too long!

During Stripfest, Restaurant Europa will be open for lunch, serving a slightly smaller and more affordable lunch menu. The perfect way to start — or take a break from — Stripfest. Reserve your table here.
