Pete's Log: Descendants: Wicked Wonderland

Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, the latest installment in the Descendants franchise, came out recently, so of course Jamie, Kiddo and I had to watch it.
It was, like the other movies in the series, visually interesting. I give it props for good costume and set design. The plot and characters were about what you expect from a Disney musical like this. Our main complaint is that the songs were just kinda boring. Jamie and I both agreed that Descendants: The Rise of Red had several songs that were catchy and memorable and would get stuck in our heads. This movie had nothing like that. Which is a shame, since it’s a musical. Predictably, the end of the movie foreshadowed another sequel.
Kiddo enjoyed it though. Good thing, since she already bought her Halloween costume and it’s Red.
