Quick update today with what’s coming up.
I’m very excited to be performing my new solo show Green Card this Thursday.
The show blends sketches, monologues, and original songs inspired by my experience navigating the immigration process in the United States (yes, to get my green card). It’s personal, chaotic, and very funny. Truly a show like no other!
Thursday, March 12 at 8 PM
DC Arts Center, Adams Morgan
The show is close to sell out. There are only 15 tickets left.
Also, right before ‘Green Card’, there is an incredible show happening at the same venue:
Down the Rabbit Hole: A show of live magic and illusion. Featuring sleight of hand, mind reading, and the power of suggestion, the show delivers an evening of surprise, wonder, and genuine impossibility. Headliner: Peter Wood as seen on national television with Penn & Teller. This show sold-out last time so you better get your tickets.
A huge thank you to everyone who has signed up for classes and workshops.
Every single one sold out, which honestly means a lot. I really appreciate the support and the excitement around these programs.
If you didn’t get a spot this time, stay tuned. I’ll be publishing the next batch of classes and workshops in the next couple of weeks.
There’s a lot of excellent comedy happening around DC right now. Here are a few shows I’m not part of but genuinely recommend checking out.
Bad Medicine: Wish World. A sketch comedy show full of wishes gone well and awry. March 17, 7:30pm DC Improv.
DC Sketchfest. DC's only sketch comedy festival that features dozens of comedy troupes from the US and Canada. March 25-28, DC Arts Center.
Thanks again for reading, for coming to shows, for taking classes, and for supporting this growing comedy community.
