Can you see it, feel it? The bright, hot Sun. It can be both seen and felt. It can feel intense and likely has felt this way over the last two months. It can also feel warm, soft, and radiant, which is the direction we are heading over the next few months, into the season of fall.
Yet here we are, still in summer days…even as each day grows shorter and each night longer, the Sun continues to heat our skin and allows us glorious moments of radiance when we step outside into the rays of light.
The vision of Strength offers us the life-giving gift of light and sight, focus and growth. The gift of a capable, courageous, compassionate Self during Leo Season and all year long.
Perhaps under the white gown, the lady herself is the Lioness. Her gentle hands upon this glorious beast merely reflect herself tending to her roaring needs inside. Claiming her deep desires, she stands gracefully and bows to the infinite potential that is already within reach.
What are you releasing? What has come to its end of usefulness (or uselessness) that you can surrender into the longer nights that are here to support your new BECOMING?

We headed back to school this week in Central Florida!
This time of year is always bittersweet. The long, fluid, slower days of summer yield to the demands of outside structures and schedules.
So, it feels timely to explore the Strength card here, as the Sun still burns brightly behind our Lady and the Lion…all three encouraging us to look deeply, tend gently, and strengthen our awareness so we know what to do next…how to apply our gifts and talents to make the most of another school year, another fall, another transition from Leo to Virgo…all of which is out of our control.
