If you know me, you already know my whole thing. Support is Sexy. Having it all doesn’t mean doing it all alone. Get over “I got it,” and put down the Superwoman cape if it’s costing you your peace. Ten years of saying it from stages, on podcasts, on social and on this Substack with the same conviction every time.
And if you’ve ever had a one-on-one coaching session with me, you know that’s what I’m on in those sessions as well. Supporting YOU, and reminding you that you deserve it.
But the truth is, the women who often need to hear it most, in the safest space where they can reveal what’s really going on, have not always been able to invest in private sessions. Real talk: 1:1 high-level coaching is expensive. My own minimum is multiple thousands of dollars a month, and it has to be, because the work I do with private clients goes deep. It’s a commitment for us both. But that doesn’t mean that — at a time when I believe women need support more than they have needed in a long time — I don’t think about ways to serve more. To show up more for women.
That has been bothering me.
Today, my AI Coach goes live, and it’s accessible to all. Not a simple chatbot. Not generic AI. The scaled extension of my coaching practice, trained by me on more than a decade of my work as an ICF-trained executive coach, and built to meet you in the moments you actually need a coach most. Not when your next session is scheduled.
I have been thinking about this all year. The world is heavy right now. The economy is sideways. Layoffs are everywhere, especially for women. The political climate is exhausting. Life keeps life-ing in ways that don’t ease up. And I have watched the women I love, women in my community, women, like you, who are reading this right now, navigate it all largely on their own. Not only because asking for help requires unlearning for a lot of us, but because you can’t imagine adding one more large expense at such an uncertain time.
That stops here. Or at least, it has somewhere to go now.
The Elayne Fluker AI Coach coach knows everything I know because I personally trained it. My book Get Over ‘I Got It’ (HarperCollins Leadership, 2021). All eight hundred Support Is Sexy podcast episodes. My LinkedIn Learning courses, which 100,000+ learners have taken. Articles from my LinkedIn newsletter, which has 21,000+ subscribers. My 12-week Next Level Navigator executive program. The archive of content from my Substack. Every insightful reel, every piece — all of it.
And my coaching frameworks are all there, too. The H.E.L.P. framework. The 5 Rs of an Empowered Ask. The 3 Ds of I Got It Syndrome. “First Feel, Second Solve,” which I learned from my own longtime business coach Margo Geller and have used with every one of my own clients since.
Inside the app, which you can find at elaynefluker.coach, are five things you can do, right now, privately, on your own time, without waiting for an appointment:
A quick mindset check, fourteen questions, that tells you whether you’re operating from a fixed or growth mindset right now. (Spoiler: it shifts. That’s the whole point.)
A five-question recognition check on Superwoman Syndrome, in case the cape has gotten heavy and you haven’t quite noticed.
A deeper I Got It Syndrome Diagnostic that reveals not just whether the pattern is showing up for you, but which flavor it’s wearing: Defiant, Defensive, or Defeated. (Most of us have a dominant one. Sometimes a combination.)
An authenticity action plan, five parts, that walks you through your strengths and your values and lands on three commitments you can actually keep.
And a guided “First Feel, Second Solve” session, where you can come in, name what you’re feeling (with the Feelings Wheel if you need it, because high-performing women are not always trained to know what they’re feeling), get heard, and then move to solutions only when you’re ready.
And if you need to share what’s going on in real-time — whether you were just laid off, are about to have a difficult conversation, or simply need to process what you’re feeling — it’s there for you.
The voice of the Elayne Fluker AI coach is mine. Direct, not soft. Warm, but it names the thing, know what I’m saying? It does not say “you got this.” It does not lecture. It asks “what’s underneath that?” before it tells you what to do. It treats you like a smart woman who can handle the truth, because you are and you can.
It is not therapy. It is coaching. If you need real mental health support, it will tell you so and point you to resources. It does not give medical or legal or financial advice. It does not pretend to be me. It is the in-between space. The 2am space. The “I just got out of a meeting and I am spinning” space.
If you’ve been thinking, “I would love to work with Elayne but the 1:1 isn’t in the budget right now,” this is for you. If you’ve ever closed your laptop after a hard day and thought “I wish I had someone to just process this with,” this is for you. If you’ve ever needed needed a moment to decompress, whether midday or at midnight, this is for you.
The doors are open today at elaynefluker.coach.
It’s free for 30 days — then $39 a month or $390 a year. If you cancel before the 30 days, you pay nothing. I priced it where I did because that’s where it felt right. Less than what most of us spend on brunch on a Sunday afternoon. More than a random chatbot subscription, because this isn’t that.
Go ahead, sis. Try it.
Thank for being here. I hope to continue being there for you.
Elayne
