Leadership and Management Consultant
Berlin Germany
The world of leadership is becoming increasingly volatile, yet most of our tools are still designed for a world that stays still. We try to manage hyper-complexity by reducing it to linear plans, only to find that reality refuses to be boxed in. When a strategy fails, it is rarely because the logic was wrong; it is because the undercurrents were ignored.
For over twenty years, I have worked in conflict zones and complex regional programs where certainty was a luxury no one could afford. This experience has taught me that the most vital information in any system exists in the liminal space between what we know and what we sense.
I guide leaders through this threshold. My work integrates strategic consulting with Liminosophy—a method that uses metaphorical and symbolic thinking to perceive situations as a whole. By looking into the interior structures of decision-making, I help individuals and organizations act from a place of clarity rather than noise.
I work with clients globally—from the Middle East to Japan—who have reached the edge of what conventional thinking can do.
Based in Berlin, exploring where consciousness, meaning, and action meet.
