How much impact can we really have as individuals? Which charities truly make a difference? And what would the world look like if you knew where your contribution had the greatest effect?
During this inspiring session, Mathieu Spillebeen, founder of Effectief Geven, will guide you through the surprising world of high-impact philanthropy. Drawing on insights from independent research, you’ll discover how charities operate, what sets them apart, and how small adjustments in your giving can lead to extraordinary impact.
An evening full of eye-opening insights, inspiring stories, and fresh perspectives, followed by a chance to connect, exchange ideas, and enjoy a delicious plant-based meal together.
📆 Date: Saturday, April 12
🕒 Time: 15:00
📍 Location: The Judgy Vegan, Brussels
Join us for a discussion about Invisible Women: Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men by Caroline Criado Perez. This eye-opening book reveals how gender bias is embedded in the systems and structures around us—from healthcare to urban planning to workplace policies—by exposing the consequences of a world built around male-default data.
No time to read the book? No worries! We'll provide online resources summarizing key insights so you can join the discussion fully prepared.
📆 Date: Tuesday, April 15

From Effectief Geven:
