Brayton Feister’s junior numbers are difficult to ignore. The Oregon linebacker commit finished with 133 tackles, 39 tackles for loss and 13 sacks while also rushing for 1,098 yards and 17 touchdowns. Add a 41.9-inch vertical jump and a state-level wrestling background, and Oregon is getting one of the more unusual athletic profiles in its 2027 class.

But the numbers only tell part of the story. Feister’s film shows a 235-pound linebacker with legitimate closing burst, natural leverage and the ability to play through contact, while also revealing the areas that will determine whether he develops into a true three-down presence in the middle of Oregon’s defense.

In the full premium scouting report, I break down Feister’s run defense, block destruction, tackling, pressure ability, coverage projection, two-way background and how he fits alongside Toa Satele and Brandon Lockley Jr. in Oregon’s 2027 linebacker class.
