This video took me over a year to make

Many people don’t know this, but the FIRST video Dave and I filmed for my personal channel was actually all the MCU Phase One movies. We filmed that before we even filmed the channel trailer. But as I was editing, I didn’t know if it’d be a strong enough first video for the channel, so we rush filmed Sharknado, and released that first.

But now, over three years later, I finally finished our video for Phase THREE — and we pulled out all the stops. I’m thinking this sort of as a little celebration video. Not only didn’t we rent an actual, super cool studio with a huge green wall (that we basically don’t even use), we also filmed an entire Avengers: Endgame for $20 video and snuck that in close to the five hour mark.

And even after over a year of watching, writing, filming, editing, and thumbnailing, we got hit with this, which equaled around 100 copyright violations.

Because of this, the video was entirely blocked.

This forced me to go back through the entire five hours plus video to re-edit everything to be more compliant. In the process, though, I actually found some new editing conventions that I think are even more fun. So the end result is an even MORE interesting video to me.

Hopefully it’s interesting to you, too. At some point we’ll put the entire Infinity Saga into one 10-hour video, but for now, I must rest.
