How many times have you been told to “take it down a notch,” “calm down,” or “why can’t you just relax”?
Maybe you’re the one with the short fuse. The one who gets triggered by the smallest things. The one whose heart races over nothing, whose mind won’t shut off, whose body feels like it’s always one step away from exploding or collapsing.
You live in a constant state of fight-or-flight. Anxiety over silly things. Irritability that embarrasses you later. A nervous system that never seems to power down.
And the world? It blames (you).
They’ll say “it’s just who you are.”
They’ll suggest “medication.”
You’ll reach for anything that quiets the storm—sometimes at a heavy cost.
But deep down, you know this isn’t who your spirit truly is. You recognize there’s a real problem, yet you keep pointing the finger elsewhere: other people, money, your spouse, your kids, your parents, politics, EMF, 5G, blue light, or just “life in general.” We all do it — we blame everything else.
You’ve tried everything. Therapy. Breathing exercises. Supplements. Yet the tension never fully leaves. Because this isn’t a mindset problem. It isn’t a personality flaw.
What if the real culprit has been hiding in plain sight?
It’s mechanical.
And it all comes from your CNS: accumulated trauma—acquired, consecutive, and layered—that has created a literal vice-grip compression on your central nervous system through your spine.
Behold! Watch the attached video!
The Real Cause: Layered Trauma and a “Wound-Up” Spine
Your spine isn’t just a static stack of bones. It’s the dynamic protective housing for your central nervous system (CNS)—the master control center that governs every function in your body, including the delicate balance between your sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) nervous systems.
When trauma hits—whether it’s a car accident, a fall, a sports injury, a difficult birth, or even cumulative micro-traumas from small bumps and minor tumbles—it can misalign the upper cervical (UC) spine, specifically C1 and C2 right under the skull.
This isn’t just a “subluxation.” It’s a layer.
Think of your nervous system like a Rubik’s Cube that started out perfectly solved.
The First Layer
Your very first significant trauma creates that initial “turn” of the cube. The wedged anatomy of C1 gets stuck out of alignment. The brainstem is compressed. Neural flow is disrupted. Cerebrospinal fluid circulation is impaired. Electrical balance in the CNS is thrown off.
Your entire spine and body immediately compensate. The CNS orchestrates global changes—posture shifts, muscle contractions, even a compensatory scoliosis; subluxating itself in the spine below—an adaptive survival reflex, balance and counterbalancing in order to protect the brainstem and keep you functioning. The trauma forces ripple down the entire spinal column. Lower areas may acquire their own subluxations, but they’re now trapped under the adaptations created by that first spinal layer.
Subsequent Layers
Every new trauma that misaligns the upper cervical and/or full spine again doesn’t reset the first layer. It stacks on top—like turning another face of the already scrambled cube.
You’re now two turns away… three… ten.
Each new layer compounds the dysfunction from an already compromised position. The upper cervical area becomes more vulnerable. The muscle tension deepens. The compensatory patterns become more complex. The “vice grip” on your CNS tightens.
And here’s the critical part most people (and even most practitioners) miss: You can’t access the deeper layers until the ones on top are cleared. The layers are chronologically stacked and mechanically intertwined. The most recent trauma sits on top like the final turn that locked everything in place.
You are literally and figuratively wound up.
This isn’t some brand-new idea. The concept of layered subluxations has actually been around since the early 1900s, when Dr. Richard VanRumpt (click for link) first pioneered the understanding of how traumas stack and create these deep, protective patterns in the spine. It simply wasn’t fully developed or appreciated until more recently — once spinal biomechanics were better understood, the critical role of the upper cervical spine was clarified and combined with the full spine, and the precise adjusting style (vector, order, and style) was refined.
The vast majority of modern chiropractic approaches today have no real concept of these layers. Most practitioners — just like I once did — were taught that the body has (through trauma) simply degenerated or “fallen apart” into its subluxated/misaligned state. Their goal is to adjust you back into alignment and then hope you can hold that correction.
But without understanding the layered nature of trauma, how conditions are distinctly attached to those layers, the wound-up nature of each layer and its compensatory and adaptive subluxation complexes, results are hit-or-miss. Some people feel temporary relief, while others see little change. And almost everyone ends up needing ongoing visits for the same recurring issues. Why? Because the body is reflexively returning to its adapted, protective pattern — the very pattern it created for survival, hardly, if ever, making it past the first layer.
The Stacking Effect: How Your Body Holds Onto Survival at the Cost of Peace
Just like turning one face of a Rubik’s Cube affects the entire puzzle, each upper cervical layer creates a global response. Your CNS is trying to protect the most vital area—the brainstem—while maintaining overall stability.
The result?
- Chronic sympathetic dominance (that constant fight-or-flight feeling)
- Inhibited vagus nerve function (poor digestion, inflammation, emotional regulation)
- Electrical dysfunction that no amount of willpower, medication, or “just relax” advice can permanently override
This is why your symptoms feel so stubborn. They’re not “in your head.” They’re locked behind layers of mechanical compression that your body has adapted around for survival.
The Solution: The YES Test and the Master Reset
What if you could finally “run the codes” on your electrical (nervous) system the way a mechanic reads your car’s check-engine light?
That’s exactly what the YES Test (Your Electrical Systems Test) does.
Using precise reflex analysis, the YES Test reveals the exact combination of the top layer—the most recent turn on your personal Rubik’s Cube. No guessing. No opinions. Just clear, objective data on which specific upper cervical misalignment is currently sitting on top and driving your symptoms.
Once identified, the Master Reset is performed.
This is not a traditional chiropractic adjustment. It is highly precise (the exact combination, order, and vector are required), extremely gentle, and often so subtle that many people don’t even feel the contact—yet their body undeniably responds immediately. The top layer is unlocked. The stored energy begins to release.
The Unwinding: Your Body Knows Exactly What to Do Next
Imagine a rubber band twisted tightly between two fixed points.
When you release just one end, it doesn’t need forcing—it unwinds itself naturally, twist by twist, releasing all the stored tension and returning to its original relaxed state.
Your spine works the exact same way (except you can’t remove your head or pelvis; this has to be done one layer at a time).
Once the top layer is cleared with the Master Reset, your body uses normal daily movement and function to systematically unravel the layers in reverse chronological order. Each subsequent layer surfaces and releases on its own timeline, speeding up the more that are removed as there is less resistance to the unraveling.
The compensatory patterns dissolve.
The CNS regains normal communication.
Homeostasis returns.
The process is elegant. Automatic.
And permanent (assuming no new significant trauma forces you to absorb a new layer).
From Personal Hell to Permanent Peace
I know this isn’t theory—because this was my story.
For years I lived exactly as I described: wired, anxious, short-fused, never able to truly relax. I didn’t know what “normal” felt like. I tried everything. Nothing stuck.
Until I discovered this work.
The constant fight-or-flight state wasn’t “who I was.” It was the current mechanical state I was stuck in.
Hundreds upon hundreds of others (~4,000 people) have experienced the same or similar transformation, each with their own unique Rubik’s cube, their distinct set and degree of symptoms/conditions, and life’s accumulated traumas. People who thought they were broken. People who were told they’d have to manage their anxiety forever. People whose lives have been quietly, profoundly changed.
You Are Electrical—and You Can Be Restored
Your nervous system is electrical by design. When the wiring is compressed, symptoms, conditions, and dis-ease appear.
When the compression is removed at the source, function, health, and healing returns.
The constant stress. The anxiety over nothing. The short fuse. The racing heart. The digestive chaos. The wired mind that never gets to rest.
None of it has to be your reality.
It can be totally unraveled, removed, and undone.
If you’re tired of being told to “just relax” while your body screams that it physically can’t, and no one has a single clue what to do to help you or what is even wrong…
If you’re ready to stop managing symptoms and start removing the cause…
The truth is finally here.
You don’t have to stay wound up.
You can be solved.
Your body is waiting to unwind.
The only question left is: Are you ready to let it begin?
