Hi!
How are you? I’m now back from Italy (trust me, I do not normally have two holidays - this is unprecedented due to the GCSEs - double results incoming next week… 😬) and the continuing heatwave. Anyone else missing jeans?? I wore mine the other day to drop Tabitha off at Gatwick (she’s now in Bodrum with a friend and their family), because it was 4.00am and just about cool enough. I can’t tell you how happy I was to be re-united with them!!

Loving this style of bag right now. If I had seen this pre-Italy, I would 100% have bought it to take (although where exactly I would taken it I’m unclear on - our summers there are about as un-bouji as it gets). But for evenings here? Oh yes!! And this colour. Imagine with jeans and flip-flops…

I have this. Similar to my much-loved (and most-used) Sézane Farrow bag, but roomier and with a studier strap. A a teensy bit more polished-looking.
Our Place ‘Always Pan Ceramic Nonstick’ pan (26 cm)
I was kindly asked by Our Place if I would like one of these pans to try. I didn’t hesitate! Not because I’m greedy or grabby (spoilt, yes, absolutely; but I only ever accept gifts that I genuinely love and/or believe will work in my life, and be useful to review and share - I honestly ‘politely decline’ most). We already own the larger (and the original I believe) version of this magical pan, and it’s used pretty much daily. Tom is the head chef (thank God) in our house, and he absolutely loves it. This is the slightly smaller version, and I have yet to use it, but it looks pretty just sitting on the stove (above) to be honest.
If you’re not family with this brand, do check them out. The whole concept is that it’s a ceramic nonstick frying pan that “does it all”. Ten functions, one beautiful design, featuring Thermakind®, their ultra-slippery (lol), non-toxic nonstick coating. And you already know how much I love anything that’s high-performing and also happens to be easy on the eye. Amen.
