One of the great things about people sending along food while you’re sick or on bedrest is that you end up eating dishes from restaurants that you never would’ve picked yourself. And by you, I of course mean me. This happened a couple times over the past month, but the delivery that absolutely knocked me over was one that included the orzo salad you’re looking at above…
One happy afternoon, I woke up from a nap to a stack of four deli containers filled with the goodie-loaded pasta (plus a lot of other fun things, thank you, Elyse!) and as soon as I had one bite, I knew I had to figure out a way to recreate it in my own kitchen so I could have it all the time. Or, scratch that, so you could have it all the time.
