049: A Zine about ADHD

This week I wanted to share a zine with you! I made it a couple months ago when I was frustrated about not having anything to share because publishing takes a million years. I needed some instant gratification, alright!

I share all this because if I’d known what ADHD was like for a lot of people, especially adults, I might have been louder about seeking a diagnosis earlier.

But you know the worse part? I was diagnosed as a child. The doctors in my 20’s didn’t want to hear it and insisted I was just depressed. So cool, right?

I might end up making more comics like this about ADHD and ask other people how it affects them because this whole experience isn’t a one size fits all.
