In this issue I am writing about:

1. Prospera New Residency Program
2. Wrapping up my 1st year at Network School
3. Polystate product updates
4. Updates from my other projects

Próspera got noticed by the investment migration world. Since my last update on Prospera few months ago, this zone in Honduras introduced a new tax regime for individuals that made some waves in the industry. Here are the key stats:

  • Tax Residency program with flat lump-sum tax $5,000/year

  • covers any income, crypto, capital gains etc.

  • requires only a week of physical presence on the island

  • onboarding can be done remotely

  • you commit to visit in the next 12 months

  • US citizens excluded

  • you can’t have a tax residency elsewhere

  • If you want more info check it out here and book for a free call at polystate.io/prospera

Whether you are a tax resident in Prospera or not, you should consider incorporating your company there as an alternative to US LLC, but with no strings attached to IRS, and at slightly lower annual price point. Very suitable for digital entrepreneurs in consulting business. Some key info regarding the company setup:

  • setup costs between ~$279–$790+

  • can be done in under a day

  • annual report $100/yr

  • registered agent required

  • incorporation/LLC cert $150 each

  • Find out more info at polystate.io/prospera

I am very proud that we have been partnering up with Prospera to onboard some first tax residents and companies. Próspera’s tax residency program is very new, similarly as the zone itself, and even though we have helped already a few clients to get in, there is not much data yet from dealing with foreign tax authorities.

After the latest elections, Próspera finally enjoys support of the government, and settlement in form of legal protections should be coming soon. There are good reasons to believe this program along with the special economic zone has a bright future ahead and may challenge supreme position of Paraguay as a jurisdiction of choice for tax residency for digital nomads. If you wanna know more about the process of getting a residency in Paraguay, check out our page. Also Polystate blog contains the latest info related to the changes coming to the process this summer. Lastly, you can still also consult our AI directly in the web app.

I arrived first time to Network School in April 2025. While enjoying my summer break, I have been reflecting on my last year at this spectacular place. Throughout this year I have witnessed the evolution of this place on all fronts. I think its amazing where NS got in a year. So much work has been done by the core team to create and develop this innovative space where techies thrive. Its a go to place for finding your new direction and purpose in career or life. To get inspired and learn, to prototype and get first users for your app, and to get fit while building. Of course, it is a great place to meet lots of new people in a short time, and deepen the bond with some. It is easy though to fall for a trap of going on autopilot with so many new connections. I had to fight my brain hard to stay mindful in interactions. Taking regular breaks from the place helps.

In the last months , the place has become much more family-friendly and now hosts a bunch of families on the campus. It felt like a welcomed change for me as it adds more diversity and fun vibes. While food has been something many people struggled with it does get better progressively.

The numbers are growing, and each month brings the biggest cohort so far. While longterm residents are nearing towards 300. The plan is to have multiples by end of this year.

It is really up to you how you design your time at NS. I’ve had months where I just went full exploration mode and attended dozens of events, seminars, workshops, dance and meditation classes and barely got anything done. And vice versa, some of my last months had been filled with nothing but full locked-in mode in the cowork, and near to zero social activities. My productivity levels reached all time high. More on the fruits of it in the next section below. If you want to know little more about how it feels to live at NS I gave a talk on it at ETHPrague. Which was an amazing event and I recommend you to check more talks from it.

And, of course, if you are interested joining NS for month or more

feel free to use my referral for discount .

It has been 3 month since we soft launched Polystate, and asked for first 1000 users to test the platform. Next day we were at 100. Now we are at few hundreds, and the ask is still on — sign in and test it out yourself and if you provide us feedback you will get cosmic karma boost! So here is what we have done since then:

  • We started to track pop-up cities and network state projects and even created interactive animation of Free Cities.

  • We implemented NS auth so NS members can programmatically prove their membership and get discount ranging from 5% to 40% on eligible services, or additional benefits like 10x increase of rate limits when talking with our Noma AI

  • We shipped tax automation tool for Paraguay residents with no local income

  • We upgraded architecture of our Noma AI with whom you can discuss all issues related to global mobility and investment migration, and its being updated regularly

  • We automated the process of incorporating US LLCs and are releasing C-corp incorporation in the next days

  • We introduced Arrival cards tool that remembers your and Network School’s data and makes it much easier to fill the docs when you travel between Malaysia and Singapore, very useful especially for NS members

  • We upgraded the monitoring infra behind the Legal digest where you can see legal updates in the areas such as citizenships, taxes, residency programs and corporations, for dozens of jurisdictions

  • We started to offer residency program in Philippines, that is the best low-requirements option for nomads in Asia and is similar to Paraguay but requires a little more capital upfront. Feel free to schedule a free call.

  • As mentioned above we onboard residents for Prospera too, feel free to schedule a call.

  • Of course, Paraguay is still the most popular option for nomads from EU, UK, Australia and Canada. If you are interested check it out.

  • We started to offer also citizenship options, especially suitable for non-EU citizens that want to get foot in Europe such as Portugal Golden Visa and São Tomé & Príncipe which is in Africa but as a former Portugal colony, its citizens get shortlisted when applying for residency in Portugal. Feel free to schedule a a free call with if you are interested.

  • Another Plan B citiznship we started to offer is Sierra Leone

  • We revamped our Toolkit section, where you can find all kinds of useful services for sovereing citizens, and you can now e..g book a free call with our partners at Grenzenlos Sicher to discuss global health insurance options.

    • in addition to this, we released a Github repo witih even broader selection of tools that gets periodically updated. You can find it here

  • We redesigned the Dashboard in a way that you can customize what you want to see there - let us know how do you like it!

  • We made a ton of partnerships with investment migration partners, law firms or pop-up cities such as Zo or Edge City and are working on many more

  • Speaking of popup cities, our friends at published a great research report on the matter - we made a blog summarising their findings. Check it if you are interested in the topic.

  • We recently launched also an MCP server for migration data as we are getting ready for agentic era. We built a way for those agents to pull Polystate’s data directly. Tax comparisons, visa checks, residency programs, treaty lookups, company-formation options, jurisdiction scoring — ten tools in total.

In plain terms: if you use Claude or a similar assistant to think through your relocation or tax setup, you can now connect it to Polystate and let it query our actual data instead of guessing. Head to polystate.io/developers, generate a free key (100 calls a month, no card required), and paste the config into your agent. That’s the whole setup.

As far as we can tell, we’re the first immigration and mobility platform to ship this — which is exactly why we did it early. The way people search is changing, and we’d rather be the data source agents reach for than a website they scroll past.

  • We have also compiled a big research report on global mobility featuring all the latest updates and info related to residency and citizenship programs. We continue to update it regularly so bookmark it in case you want have always access to fresh info. Its pretty information dense so make sure to check it out!

In the last years I have been advising to a bunch of founders, startups and wealthy individuals, and I decided to offer my consulting services more broadly. Though, I cap it to 10 hours a month only. If you want help with your crypto setup or startup reach out via my website - davidstancel.com.

After longer time I have upgraded the Coinstory website, where I added some interactive animations to help with understanding some technological concepts. Each chapter got some. Apart from that the whole web got redesigned and simplified, and 3 new sections were added focusing summarising the timeline of 3 major coins - Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Zcash. I really hope that upgrade makes it more fun to read the book online. If you have any feedback I highly appreciate it!

Our creative development and consulting studio
