Seeing so many talented people struggle to find a job, because most companies still don’t get the value of design, UX, research (or honestly don’t care) makes me angry. And then, there’s the entire “let’s run design sprints with AI generated fake user research results”, pushed by UX consulting companies, which is just another level of “we don’t care about users we just want quick money, in and out”.
Same Stephanie. Same.
