CYMI: SUPREME COURT SIDES WITH TRUMP

The U.S.

Supreme Court just ruled that states do not have the legal right to challenge President Trump’s executive order restricting mail-in voting.

The conservative majority did not decide the order’s legality, they simply said the states lack standing to sue.

Big win.

The Postal Service already laid out how it will implement the order last week. Time is extremely short. Some states are set to start mailing ballots in just weeks… or days.

This is how you start cleaning up the system.

This of course is the case related to the President’s executive order directing the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) NOT to distribute mass mail-in ballots in states - all run by Democrats or, in a couple of exceptions, idiot RINOs - who refuse to clean up their voter rolls. California, New York and other blue states had predictably shopped for a friendly Obama Judge - in this case, Massachusetts District Judge Indira Talwani, daughter of Indian immigrants (of course) - who would do their bidding to issue a nationwide injunction preventing the order’s enforcement.
