Episode three was a nine-second video. This is the other extreme: MagnatesMedia, a faceless channel whose biggest hit runs 2 hours 5 minutes and sits at almost 2 million views.

What's in the breakdown:

0:26 — titles as villain origin stories: business content dressed as true crime

0:44 — how a two-hour faceless video opens, played from the actual cold open

1:37 — the economics: high-CPM finance ads × hours of watch time × mid-rolls

2:13 — the moat is the script: you can clone a prompt, not a hundred documented pages

2:30 — what transfers, and why this format starves outside high-CPM niches

The short version:

Villain framing makes any topic urgent. "The $47 Billion Cult" is a company story. The packaging does the selling.

Length is a positioning choice. Zack sells 30 seconds, Daily Dose sells 9, this channel sells an evening. Same faceless constraint, different product.

The script is the moat. Months of research and two hours of story structure cannot be cloned in an afternoon — the clearest contrast yet with episode two's vanished POV channel.

If this earned a restack, one line is enough. Restacks are how anyone finds a publication this small.

Credits: the video analyzed is The $47 Billion Cult by MagnatesMedia. Watch the full thing, it earns the two hours. Short excerpts appear as commentary and criticism.

My own faceless method, costs included, is in The Article-to-Reel Playbook. It is free.
