Welcome to our newsletter for April! We’ve been taking this month to rest from the busy couple of months we have had, but also to celebrate the successes we’ve had in the last year. In the past month, we welcomed several new members through Water Drop. We have lots in store the next couple of months, so stay tuned!
March was another great month for Water Drop Atl! We have been able to redistribute clothes from our monthly swap as part of our weekly resource distribution.
Unfortunately, the weather is still unpredictable. Some days are cold and windy and we need gloves and heaters while on hot and sunny days we need various sources of refreshment. We would love to have all the necessary resources so we can adapt to whatever the weather brings. We continue to thrive with your support <3
Want to be a part of Water Drop Atl?
Last month we shared our mutual aid request for our friend Carl and his son Julian. We were able to reach $1,850 of our $5,000 goal to get Julian’s surgery. Carl is urgently looking for gigs to pay the medical fees but they are not consistent. Please help by donating what you can or sharing their fundraiser!
