Kimi Antonelli: altered male, 2y2m, 79.4lbs
Kimi Antonelli came to BARCS on 8/20 through Animal Control and has been showing plenty of personality while settling into the shelter.
Kimi can be a little awkward with touch around his neck, but he is comfortable having his slip lead removed. Once out of his kennel, he is loose, bouncy, and full of playful energy. He enjoys zooming around with a female helper dog and is able to take breaks when needed. He has also been described as steerable, meaning he is responsive to guidance and can be redirected when necessary.
Kimi still needs to complete an assessment with a male helper dog so we can better understand how he interacts with male dogs. In the meantime, he is looking for a rescue partner who can give him the time, structure, and positive experiences he needs to continue settling in and showing his best self.
Kimi is a fun, energetic boy who deserves a chance outside of the shelter and a person willing to help him keep learning.
