An Eastern Phoebe prepares; a mother Mallard guides her young; a Magnolia Warbler says, "hello"; a Chestnut-Sided Warbler enjoys a meal; "bird on a wire" (an Eastern Kingbird); an Eastern Bluebird brings good cheer, a Great Blue Heron stands high in a tree; an American Robin pair stick close together; and a female Baltimore Oriole captivates me with her understated beauty.
A turkey goes for a stroll; Cut-Leaved Toothwort is a native beauty; a flotilla of turtles of various species; a Greater Bee Fly is a first for me!; a Buckeye Tree awakens; a Gray Squirrel plays peek-a-boo; Philadelphia Fleabane steals the light; a shelf built for a squirrel; a loud American Bullfrog beckons me away from photographing warblers!
