Enrollment for Nourished Motherhood closes tonight at 11:59pm PT.

We begin tomorrow.

And before the doors close, I wanted to leave you with one final note.

Not a push.

Not a rush.

Just a gentle invitation if something on this page, in these emails, or in these audios has been naming what you have been quietly carrying.

Because this kind of decision can feel tender.

Not just because of the schedule or the investment.

But because receiving support while we are still in process can touch something deep.

The part of us that says:

I should be able to do this on my own.

I’m not in crisis, so maybe I don’t need this.

What if I join and still struggle?

What if I’m too much?

What if I’m not enough?

What if I’m not fully ready?

If any of those questions are here tonight, I want you to know:

You do not have to shame the part of you that is still unsure.

You do not have to force yourself into certainty.

You do not have to wait until every scared part disappears before you are allowed to receive support.

Sometimes the edge of support feels tender because something in us is letting itself be seen.

Maybe not fully.

Maybe not all at once.

But enough to say:

This has been heavier than I want to keep carrying alone.

And maybe that is where you are tonight.

Maybe you are tired of spending so much invisible energy managing food thoughts, body fears, feeding triggers, pregnancy or postpartum body changes, shame spirals, and the fear of passing this on.

Maybe you are tired of one hard moment following you for hours or days.

Maybe you are tired of carrying the comment, the reaction, the body grief, the snack request, the appointment, or the fear by yourself.

Maybe you are longing for less of your inner world to be consumed by food, body, shame, and fear…

and more of yourself available for your children, your relationships, your rest, your joy, and your actual life.

This is the place Nourished Motherhood was created to support.

Not perfect recovery.

Not never being activated again.

Not becoming a mother who never struggles.

But practicing healing in real life.

Having a place to bring the moment after it happens.

Being witnessed by mothers who understand the overlap.

Letting the hard parts be held with enough compassion that they do not have to keep taking up so much of your life alone.

Mothers who have been inside Nourished Motherhood have described it this way:

“Nourished Motherhood has become a place where I can finally exhale.”

— Meg, NM alum

“Being part of this group has made me feel accepted and held in ways I never have before.”

— Zoë, NM alum

“There’s just something about sitting down with women who ‘get it’ — like, really get it.”

— Jenna, NM alum

“I felt free — free to feel, free to be curious, and free to let happiness in while still having daily ED struggles.”

— Sarah, NM alum

That is the heart of this space.

A place to exhale.

A place to stop translating every layer.

A place where the hard parts can be met with understanding instead of confusion or judgment.

I also want to name gently: I do not know when I’ll run Nourished Motherhood live again in this format.

Because this is a small, intimate cohort and because my own capacity is shifting in the months ahead, this is the round that is open now.

Nourished Motherhood begins tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3rd.

Calls will be recorded if you cannot attend live.

Enrollment closes tonight at 11:59pm PT, or when all 15 spots are filled, so I can prepare the cohort space with care before our first call.

If this is the next right support for you, you can read more and join here:

Join Nourished Motherhood

You do not have to be in crisis to deserve support.

You do not have to be fully healed to be a good mother.

You do not have to be fully certain in every part of you.

You can bring the part of you that is hopeful.

You can bring the part of you that is scared.

You can bring the part of you that still feels tender.

There is space for all of that here.

And there is still space for you here.

With you,
Crystal

P.S. If you have one final question before enrollment closes tonight, just reply directly to this email. I’ll be checking my inbox throughout the evening and doing my best to answer questions before doors close.

And as a reminder, you do not have to pay the full investment upfront — the 3-month payment plan of $350/month is available at checkout, and many mothers may be able to use HSA/FSA funds for nutrition support, depending on their plan.
