Call for submissions in the Computational Philosopher

We have reached one year of the Computational Philosophy Lab at Northeastern University London, since our launch event was on 30th May 2025.

We have lots of exciting posts coming up on our active projects and collaborations, including a one year review of our activities. However, we are keen to make the Computational Philosopher a space to share work that goes beyond NU London’s lab.

If you are a philosopher, computer scientist, digital humanist (or work somewhere in between), and you have work on the intersection of computer science, technology, philosophy and AI ethics, then please consider submitting a post to the Computational Philosopher. We are happy to accept work-in-progress or polished research, commentary on recent news items, or write-ups of events in computational philosophy. Our aim is to promote and share interesting work in computational philosophy.

Our guideline is for posts of around 600 to 1600 words. Diagrams and pictures are very welcome. We’re happy to read finished pieces or to hear ideas while they’re still taking shape.
