Let us for a moment step outside our senses and peer beyond their limiting veil.
To the senses, the universe presents itself as an extraordinary multiplicity of substances assembled into an equally extraordinary multiplicity of forms all with differing densities, temperatures, geometries, pressures, colors and practically an infinite amount of other characteristics—categorizing each of them as separate and distinct from one another.
The modern paradigm supposes hydrogen is quite different from oxygen as gold is from carbon, iron from nitrogen, after all, our senses tell us so.
Your senses also tell you railroad tracks meet on the horizon.
Appearances can be deceiving.
And yet beneath the kaleidoscope of multiplicity lies simplicity.
The LIGHT WAVE is only ONE ‘unit’ of creation which gives rise to all of the seeming elements as we shall see.
Over the years, quantum mechanics has quietly eroded the commonly held belief that matter possesses inherent solidity. What we call material objects are not static configurations of inert “stuffness.”
After all, atoms are 99.999% empty space and if you were to squeeze out all of the space between the atoms which comprise your body you would need a microscope to find it.
We are dynamic systems of wave motion.
Atoms are not miniature solid spheres suspended quietly in space—they are interwoven patterns of unfathomably fast vibrating light waves, and are arranged harmonically in wave-fields through out space.
The apparent solidity of a stone or a steel beam is not evidence of some underlying substance, it is motion only.
The Universal Mind which THINKS our universe of seeming solidity into existence does so by dividing the still eternal, vibrationless spiritual WHITE LIGHT into two dynamic oppositely conditions.
The generative positive condition of concentration compresses inwardly from without, centripetally. Compression gathers and multiplies large volumes of light-waves and compresses them into small volumes.
The radiative negative condition of decentration unwinds and expands outward from within centrifugally. Expansion expands and divides small volumes of light-waves into large volumes of space. Compression’s resistance to expansion is what generates the varying pressures and temperatures throughout our universe.
Contraction heats, heat expands, expansion cools, cooling contracts
The more Nature can multiply motion by compressing waves into smaller volumes, the more solid the substance will appear just like spinning a chain around a rope fast enough will make it appear to be a disc.
Many spiritual influencers will tell you to get out of the “low vibrations” of matter and into the “high vibrations” of the Spirit.
The TRUTH is the opposite of what they claim.

The foregoing forces a fundamental question: If everything is made solely of light-waves, why do there appear to be different substances?
The cosmological framework developed by Dr. Walter Russell offers an answer of striking simplicity.
According to Dr. Russell, what we identify as distinct chemical elements are not separate substances. They are different conditions of the one substance which we call light.
The various characteristics of each element—color, melting point, valence, density, conductivity, etc.— arises not from being composed of different substances but from occupying different positions along what Russell describes as nine octaves of light-wave motion.
The process can be summarized as follows:
As shown below, you can see the flat plane of zero curvature passing through the inert gases—the central line running through the image. The elements get their various characteristics based on their position on the wave which determines the gyroscopic angle at which it is out of balance with the flat plane of zero curvature of its birth. Note that the mature elements at the top of wave amplitudes are gyroscopically 90 degrees from the flat plane. That gyroscopic angle along with its subsequent position on the wave creates unique pressure conditions and electrical potentials all along the wave which give each element its varying characteristics and appearances.
According to Russell’s charts there are actually 9 inert gases in Nature, not 7. The inert gases are the “seeds” of each octave out of which the elements grow, mature and die and return. The inert gases are a series of 4 rings of incandescent white light which vibrate at the flat plane of zero curvature. The subject of the inert gases is too big for the scope of this article and will be covered in detail in future articles.
That flat plane of zero curvature is the location of the God-Mind. It is the static fulcrum from which the lever of our universe of motion extends.
In other words:
THE INERT GASES ARE THE SHORES WHERE GOD’S SPIRITUAL UNIVERSE TOUCHES THE SHORES OF THE MATERIAL UNIVERSE.
Hydrogen and uranium, carbon and gold, are not categorically distinct realities. They are different pressure coordinates on a single journey.
This framework simplifies an otherwise puzzling feature of chemistry: Every element, regardless of its apparent identity being composed of protons, neutrons, and electrons.
The structural template is invariant.
What varies is the conditioning — the specific vibrational position the element occupies within the broader wave pattern—not how many electrons it has.
Saying you can add electrons to change one element to another is the same as thinking a family of Americans would become Chinese by having more children.
It is not ‘electrons’ which are being added or subtracted, its more wave motion being multiplied or divided.
The implications extend further still.
The elements are not distributed arbitrarily across their octaves. They exist in structured relationships. When the Creator divides his Unity into the two opposite concentrative and decentrative conditions he creates polarity.
The elements on the positive half of the cycle are alkaline, the negative half are acid.
These balanced pairs of opposing electrical polarities are characterized as male and female conditions and are reciprocal states within the electrical architecture of matter.
When true opposite mates unite, their opposing unbalanced conditions are mutually voided, and balance is achieved.
When true mates unite they from stable elements.
Sodium of the 5th Octave, when united with its equal mate of Chlorine in the 6th octave, voids both of their individual conditions, producing table salt.
