Today, Ethereum developers decided to Schedule for Inclusion (SFI) one more proposal in Hegota alongside Fork-choice Enforced Inclusion Lists (FOCIL).
It’s the proposal developers weighed earlier this year against simply not shipping any execution-layer-focused headliner feature in Hegota at all.
EIP-8141, Frame Transactions, is now officially on the roadmap for implementation following the Glamsterdam upgrade, but there are a few important caveats about its inclusion that readers should note.
