Hi, friend!
Are your kids back to school? Phew we are rolling into that fall routine and I feel like I’m on a train that is moving me.
The colonoscopy went great! I had started to feel a little cold going into it and said to my body, “Oh you are not getting sick because I’m not rescheduling this colonoscopy or going though the prep again.”
Well my body listened and waited to give me a little stuffy nose a couple days after. Thank you! Ha! Read this (& share) to make your colonoscopy the best experience it can be.
This dress has been such an easy thing to throw on and feel cute (wearing small). A lady told me she wanted to steal my sunglasses off of my face. HA! PS you can also get them here for less. I’m having so much more fun getting ready with my healthier body (how I lost 25 pounds with minimal effort & time).
I’ve been obsessed with our (read “my”) doll house! I recovered from the procedure this weekend by doing this fun little wallpaper project to keep me upbeat (the meds wear on my mood) and slow.
Check out the Doll House after with all the walls wallpapered here.
So I used to hang in mini mansions in high school. Think drawing room parties, waiters with champagne and Ivy League kids. I’m spilling the tea on how to expand your life for bigger and more- even when it feels impossible.

So when I was 45 (when they say you should do this) I was breastfeeding a toddler and taking my husband to his colonoscopy! I told myself I’d do it the following year and I’m proud to say it is done!

During my 6th pregnancy (I have 4 kids), I noticed that little blue vein line about an inch long on the top of my thigh was still hanging on. I first noticed it a couple years before and it was now a little puffier.
Have a great week! If you’re not already following along on Instagram and YouTube. Come join the fun!
Love,
