I haven´t published something more than notes here in a while… But life was… “lifing” ; ) - in a busy but good way.
I might come back to some of the experiences of this summer with another musing but today, at the (autumn) equinox, I want to share a poem I´ve written, inspired by the beautiful experiences during a teacher training I joined end of August.
But first let me tell you a bit about this beauty in a more “prose” way:
Last month I had some deeply touching, heart-opening and enlivening moments with my fellows, some awkward moments that inspired laughs, connection and new learning, expansion and confidence.
I got reminded that there can be great power in clarity and simplicity, that there is no need to hold back who I am, that I find great aliveness, joy and freedom in expressing myself in all kinds of ways, that feeling vulnerable is part of being courageous and that being true to oneself and showing up authentically and connected to one’s heart can inspire and liberate others, too.
I’m thus very grateful for having had many wonderful teachers in this teacher training, besides my two official ones, Michaela Boehm and Steve James.

And yes, it’s one thing to be in such a beautiful training bubble with other practitioners and another thing to weave and integrate these learnings into one’s life.
But having experienced how powerful all of this is, I’m at least trying to dedicate myself to all of the inspirations and insights I’ve been gifted as something to practice, also in actual life. I’ll fail often enough for sure. But I wanna make it my intention nevertheless and make a step forward with it.
"But what was the training and is the format about??" you might wonder now... Fair enough ; )
*The Intimacy & Attraction Workshop* is about learning how to create intimacy, heart connection and erotic friction with any kind of person (yes, also no matter their gender), and above all to feel our shared humanity in truly being present with ourselves and each other.
And I think this is needed much more than ever in the times we live in.
So I´m glad I can contribute with my knowledge and am authorized to teach this beautiful work now.
