Life Updates: Moving House and Legal Travails

A few life details quickly: I have moved from my home in Virginia. Where to now I’m not entirely sure but I’ll let you know when I do.

Seems likely that I’ll wind up somewhere in D.C. or perhaps San Diego when it’s all said and done. I have some long overdue traveling that I have been thinking about doing and so I’m working on that. I’ll be in Boston, then Texas, then California, then I suspect back to D.C.

A friend of mine suggests that I take the Amtrak from L.A. to D.C. and well, I don’t see any real reason not to. My beloved grandmother died 31 years ago this December and she was a big fan of taking these long distance train rides. She used the time to write, which is exactly what I intend to do.

That is, provided, of course, that I’m not in jail. Is that really a possibility? Could be.

The lawfare continues. At a certain point we’re going to have to call this what it is — harassment by court order.

My legal travails proceed — I’ve filed some things with the Fifth Circuit — and Will Thompson, the ethically challenged attorney hired by Hal Lambert, who is a front for Elon Musk, has insisted that I be jailed for contempt. So I’m being summoned back to Fort Worth again.

Thompson has a problem with honesty — he slandered Arthur Bloom in open court and called him a vile anti-Semite or some such — when Bloom wrote this article.

What’s really going on here is that Musk and his associates are trying to use Lambert to engage in lawfare against me. Which is annoying.

Musk is doing that because I worked with Special Agent Johnathan Buma to investigate Musk’s criminal doings. Musk is being investigated by a number of government agencies and I was involved in those efforts, especially when he hired a poker player backed by the Chinese mob to run his multibillion charity.

Apparently those investigations into Musk are still ongoing, especially as concerns his fake self driving cars. Lots of luck there, friends.

So Lambert, who claims he has no money, suddenly has the money to hire Quinn Emanuel (Musk’s personal law firm) and DLA Piper (Tesla’s law firm). Yeah, sure, makes sense. Seems legit.

And in this last missive Thompson is claiming that I haven’t complied with a court order not to sell my assets but I wasn’t selling them. I was preserving those assets.

At issue here is the company Othram, which I helped start a few years ago. Othram is a genomics company based in Texas. The two big financial backers of it are John Burbank and Giga Fund (which is Musk friends Steve Oskoui and Luke Nosek). Hal Lambert has wanted my Othram shares for a number of years and he was extremely unhappy that I had more shares than him. Lambert admitted to being friends with Oskoui and Nosek and going to their rather raucous parties.

I haven’t had much to do with Othram in a number of years and so I wanted to sell my stock back to the company. After much hemming and hawing they signed a legal document and agreed to buy my stock though less of the stock than I initially had when I started the company. (Silicon Valley is tricky like that. The conflicts of interests are crazy.)

I wish the Othram people well but I have a job offer which requires me to sell my stocks so that I’m not conflicted.

Of course some of the people at Othram leaked a lot of that information to Lambert’s attorney. (In the court filing they quote from things I supposedly told the CEO of Othram directly so that seems a safe bet.)

What’s going on here is that they want to steal my assets but I really wanted to preserve those assets against all the efforts to steal them. Lambert is facing numerous civil and criminal charges in his capacity as CEO of Clearview.AI.

My theory of the case is that Lambert is trying to steal my and my family assets and then liquidate them and pay for his own defense in all the cases where Clearview.AI is a defendant. I tried to hire Tor Ekeland to represent me but Clearview’s counsel Jack Mulcaire told Ekeland he couldn’t because he would be conflicted. Ekeland had previously represented Clearview.AI but not Umbra or Lambert. So it’s pretty obvious that the general counsel of Clearview.AI — where Lambert is the co-CEO — and the attorney for Lambert’s company, Point Bridge, are coordinating.

But here’s where they screwed up.

By targeting my ex-wife and daughter’s trusts they made it clear that the efforts were about stealing all of my family assets, which makes you wonder.

Lambert should never have been allowed to hire DLA Piper because my family had already retained them on a property dispute on a property where I am a beneficiary. DLA Piper didn’t notice those obvious conflicts of interest and continued to represent my family.

Hence a basis for the appeal, among other things.

Now DLA Piper has a long history of representing the Chinese connected players. Lambert admitted on the stand that Clearview.AI had Chinese-born developers. Is Clearview.AI Chinese?

Anyway Lambert, along with the rest of Clearview.AI’s leadership, is facing criminal charges in the European Union over their wanton violation of privacy.

Given that example of refusing to follow the law in Europe and U.K., I was correct not to share any data with Lambert’s attorney. Of course Lambert’s demands for my comms were all Musk-related, in case you were wondering.

Lambert’s attorney wants to know all of my assets. The objective is to take my assets and then try to put me in prison. I don’t think it’ll work but you never know.

So here we are.

Anyway, I may yet wind up in jail. If you’re in Fort Worth, I’d be much obliged if you could come to Eldon Mahon Federal Court Room.

Otherwise, things are going very well.

I’m reading CHAOS: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties after I finished Benjamin Park’s American Zion: A New History of Mormonism and went through From Kolob in Peace’s substack. What can I say? I thought I might stick with the theme of brainwashing.

I’ve been watching Task, Mare of Easttown, and now The Last Frontier. I have liked getting to know these remote places like rural Pennsylvania and Fairbanks, Alaska.

I know we’re supposed to say a lot of things about how Hollywood is dead and maybe it is but it’s been cool to see these remote places.
