How Nick Fuentes Won The Argument

Nick Fuentes took over Tucker Carlson’s show the other night and made Tucker a fan.

I have been enjoying watching the rise and rise of Nicholas Fuentes and his generational run continues unabated, most recently on Tucker Carlson’s show.

You should watch it.

Let’s be clear about what was going on here: Tucker Carlson had no choice but to have Nick Fuentes on his program. And the second that happened, Fuentes won. He had been accepted at the table he had been denied.

Carlson, having failed to crush Fuentes, had to bend the knee in large part because he couldn’t ignore Fuentes growing fan base without sacrificing his already strained credibility. Carlson is backed by billionaires like Rebekah Mercer. Fuentes is backed by We The People. Carlson was forced to apologize to Fuentes on Carlson’s own show. Simply magnificent.

And while on that show, Fuentes finished Ben Shapiro’s claim to leading a youth movement altogether.

The casual cruelty — or was it a Gentile culling? — that Fuentes recounted where he, aged 18, was smeared as an antisemite by Ben Shapiro, then aged 33, is entirely consistent with everything I saw from Shapiro at that time.

“From then on, it was just this escalating series of blacklisting, censorship, hit pieces, and rumors to try to ostracize me from the movement,” Fuentes said.

Princes don’t wrestle with paupers because if they win, all they have done is beaten a pauper. But if they lose, the kingdom is in trouble… and Fuentes, having gotten the better of Carlson, graciously accepted his surrender.

Carlson wouldn’t portray it that way, of course, but we should be very clear that Fuentes represents something entirely different in our discourse — a genuinely crowd-backed taste maker. The super chats which Fuentes says he hates to read has made Fuentes into a formidable player.

By denying Fuentes major donors and even a payment processor, the Zionist Jews ultimately made him something approximating a folk hero, and now he has achieved escape velocity.

Tucker now has positions that he could never have aired at Fox News. The internet has forced these positions upon him. The fickle Murdoch family forced Carlson into Fuentes’s world.

I’ve enjoyed this moment immensely. I couldn’t ever really do what Fuentes did but I take great pride in having spotted his talent early. So much of talent spotting is like picking stocks and well, I’m mighty proud of young Mr. Fuentes.

There’s a risk that he be defanged — that the charm of all these Gen Xers who have had him on their platforms might stop him from calling it like it is but, candidly, I don’t think he’ll be easily seduced.

Fuentes knows that the kids aren’t alright. From pornography to drugs to a terrible economy, Fuentes politely, but firmly, explained how bad things were for everyday young Americans. Carlson appeared totally transfixed.

For the Democrats that scapegoat was the young white male. How funny then that the young white male turned out to recruit a bunch of young Latinos, like say, Nick Fuentes.

Anti-white male hate was a big part of what held together Obama’s coalition, though that kind of thing doesn’t work anymore, because so many people aspire to be white.

The resentments, though, were intense and have become a big part of Trump’s more radical coalition. It’s that fodder of woke humiliation that Stephen Miller weaponizes. The desire to exact revenge is powerful, indeed.

If you listen Trae Stephens, the fraudster behind Anduril, you get the sense that he, too, was discriminated against by this anti-white male ethos.

The Republicans have a danger here, too. Making foreigners the scapegoat doesn’t work either. Every foreigners aspires to having his kids become American — even, and perhaps especially, the illegal immigrants who are running from ICE.
