Highs yesterday reached 78-85 after lows of 68-72 in the morning.
Rainfall, storms will depart with time this morning, as well as any isolated severe weather risk. After largely a lull, some scattered storms will accompany the cold front this evening-early tonight.
Wabash River flooding will continue with crests today to Monday Lafayette to Covington 8-11’ above flood stage for substantial lowland flooding.
Wildcat is cresting now +7’ above flood stage & Big Pine Creek +5’ above flood stage.
The rainfall this morning will prolong higher levels on rivers & streams.
The weather looks good Monday, just cumulus clouds & lower humidity with a nice north-northwest wind. Highs of 77-81 are expected.

Some storms with MARGINAL to perhaps SLIGHT RISK for severe are expected Wednesday afternoon-evening as humidity surges that day & cold front & upper trough pivot through.
Since the storms are moving faster with 45% coverage, flash flooding is not a big threat.
Much cooler, less humid air follows.
After a last hurrah of Summer 90s, storms follow & then two big surges of real Fall air come in early to mid-September with temperatures below normal.
