We must stay in the river...

Where does time go?
Behind us way too quickly.
May we all seize the present moments and find joy in the deepest callings of our souls.  Time waits for no man.
Inertia,  sloth, bad food, addictions
    and... FEAR clog up the ever rolling river of our lives.
Change also waits for no man and if need be it will force its need upon us...
  at times feeling like an unforgiving knife that painfully cuts away
    the most hardened callous’s of our 'safety net’ stubbornness,
      our dead-set habits and the LIES of our complacency.
And we cry out “what good can come of this!!!!????”
Ah… the painful breakdown or at times sudden disassembly of our comfortable 'lockdowns'
- out of nowhere they seem to come -
let in a tiny ray of 'the light' that can take us out of the numbing ‘heart suffocating’ lives that we think we have to stay in and never leave.
Waste Not, Want Not carries a deeper meaning now.
Waste Not my precious limited days!
Wishing!  Wanting to have done more, lived more, chased those dreams more...
helped others more... forgave myself more…
forgave others... 😔
Rather... WANT MORE than staring at my phone or the TV
  or staying in a complacent soul sucking situation
    or taking another bite or drink of my numbing 'dealing with life' substances
      or the hundreds of 'slow death to the soul distractions'
that MEAN NOTHING and take me nowwhere except into 'numb sheepdom'
while that flowing river of life rushes by.
“Take up your bed and walk” 🙏🏻
And when, not 'if' you need help...
“Ask and you shall receive” ♥️
     May we all fall deep into loves poignant cry for life and 'live.'
