I’ve been really enjoying making this brown bread focaccia lately and I’m going to share the recipe with the measurements in grams. This is much more accurate for bread-making and makes it easier to scale up the dough if you need to make more. Kitchen scales aren’t expensive and they’re a handy piece of equipment to have.
The dough after it has sat in the fridge overnight.
This shape is fine to leave it to rise, you don’t need to make it a perfect rectangle.
Right before the loaf goes into the oven it will look like this.
